Shatema Gresham is the Founder and CEO of Procure Talent Management Group. She is a native of Arizona with deep roots professionally within the corporate sector. She brings 20+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management with a specific skill in identifying workplace challenges in processes while creating attainable solutions. Her PTMG brand has grown exponentially since its inception in 2021 with various clients within a wide range of industries and sectors. In addition to overseeing all services provided by PTMG, she is also the host of Ingenious Exchange w/ Shatema podcast, which focuses on meaningful conversations with not only industry leaders but everyday people who are making an impact within their communities. In her spare time, you can find Shatema participating in her passions of mentoring, developing new leaders, and helping job seekers secure their next opportunity. 2024 has started off with a bang for Shatema and we are told that she has just scratched the surface of what she has to offer.
